Standing Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills. - Nomination of Select Committee.

The following Message has been received from the Dáil:—

Tá Dáil Éireann tar eis an tOrdú so leanas do dhéanamh inniú:—

"Go ndéanfar, de bhun Buan-Orduithe 103 F, Rogha-Choiste a cheapadh a bheas le comhceangal le Rogha-Choiste ón Seanad chun an Buan-Chomh-Choiste um Billí Comhdhlúite a chomhdhéanamh agus go ndéanfar ainmniú comhaltaí an Rogha-Choiste a chur faoi bhráid an Choiste Roghnathóireachta."

Dáil Eireann has this day made the following Order:—

"That, in pursuance of Standing Order 103 F, a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee of the Seanad to constitute the Standing Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills and that it be referred to the Committee of Selection to nominate the members of the Select Committee."

I formally move the motion standing in the name of Senator Quirke:—

That in pursuance of Standing Order 91 F, a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee of the Dáil to constitute the Standing Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills and that it be referred to the Committee of Selection to nominate the members of the Select Committee.
