Vol. 36 No. 14

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take No. 3, the Diseases of Animals Bill, first, then No. 1, the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Bill, and then No.2, the Trade Union Bill. It should be remarked that these Bills have not had the necessary three days' notice prescribed by Standing Orders, but the Committee on Procedure and Privileges were unanimous that the House might be agreeable to take them to-day without objection so that the Committee Stage could be taken next week. Next week it is proposed to sit on Thursday and Friday. It is not proposed to take the motion in the name of Senator Counihan to-day.
