Vol. 39 No. 17

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper. As three of the Bills are Money Bills, I understand there is no objection to taking all stages of them to-day. In the case of the Post Office (Amendment) Bill, which is not a Money Bill, the suggestion is that the remaining stages be postponed until Wednesday-week.

Agreed.

Do we intend to take the motions on the Order Paper this session and, if not, why not?

I understand they are to be taken after the election.

Some of them have been on the Order Paper for about a year and a half.

The Chair has no authority in that respect.
