I formally move:—
1. That the Report do now lie upon the Table.
2. That the Report and the proceedings of the Committee be printed.
3. That the Bill, as amended in the Standing Joint Committee, be reprinted and circulated.
I should like to add that there was a Joint Committee working on this Bill in 1950. The dissolution then took place and the present Committee was set up. It is the desire of that Committee to express their appreciation of the valuable work that was done by the Joint Committee in 1950. Their work greatly simplified the task of the present Committee.
