I have received notice from Senator McHugh that, on the motion for the adjournment of the House to-night, he proposes to raise the question of the advisability of urging the Government to arrange immediately for a conference of representatives of all institutions and organisations legitimately concerned with the proposed new Agricultural Institute with a view to securing Irish unanimity upon the proposals to be discussed with the Government of the United States of America.
I am accepting that notice and the matter will be taken from 9.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. or earlier, if the business for the day concludes.
