Bille dá ngairmtear acht dá urasú an comhdhluthú atá beartaithe a dhéanamh ar na hAchtachán a bhaineas le hiascach tri achtacháin áirithe acu sin d'athscrúdú agus a shoileiriú agus tri athghairm a dhéanamh ar Achtacháin áirithe acu sin a bhfuil scortha acu de bheith i bhfeidhm nó nach bhfuil gá leo a thuilleadh agus dá leasú na nachtachán sin agus achtachán eile i slite áirithe.
Tá an Bille, arna leasú á thuairisciú don tSeanad.
Tairgim:—
(i) An Tuarascáil do luí ar an mBord;
(ii) An Tuarascáil agus Imeachta an Choiste a chlóbhualadh.
The following is the Report of the Special Committee:—
The Special Committee has gone through the Bill and has made amendments thereto and has amended the Title as follows:—
Bill entitled an Act to facilitate the intended consolidation of the enactments related to fisheries by revising and clarifying certain of the said enactments and repealing certain of the said enactments which have ceased to be in force or have become unnecessary and to amend the said enactments and other enactments in certain respects.
The Bill, as amended, is reported to the Seanad.
I move:—
(i) That the Report do lie upon the Table.
(ii) That the Report and Proceedings of the Committee be printed.
