Business will be taken in the following order: Nos. 1 and 2, as on the Order Paper. It is proposed that No. 2 be taken after the tea adjournment to-day and that the discussion on No. 1 be resumed at 10.30 to-morrow morning, disposing of all stages, if possible, by 1 o'clock.
