Companies Bill, 1962—Special Committee: Motion.

I should like as a result of the discussion to move :

That the Companies Bill, 1962 be referred to a Special Committee consisting of seven members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection;

That the quorum of the Committee be three:

That the Committee report back to the Seanad by 4th December, 1963.
