When will it be circulated?
Once the House gives us permission to do so, it will be circulated straight away.
I feel Tuesday is a little early. It does not give us time to consider and understand the Bill, even if it is circulated this evening.
We could order it for Tuesday and if the Seanad is not ready to take it we could leave it over.
