It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 6 and 7 together, the Minister to be called on to reply not later than 12 noon.
Order of Business.
That is the very point I want to make—"not later than 12 noon". In view of the delay in meeting this morning, I think the Minister should agree not to speak until 12.10 p.m., or 12.15 p.m.
