Vol. 70 No. 7

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5. It is also proposed to take No. 8 in conjunction with No. 4, if the House agrees.

I suggest it would be better to take No. 8 separately because it raises many issues that would be rather irrelevant to a discussion of the Higher Education Authority Bill.

It has to do with the same matter.

It is a matter for the House to decide. The Order of Business proposed is Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and No. 8 to be taken with No. 4. Is that agreed?

Can we take it that No. 5, the Redundancy Payments Bill, may not be taken until tomorrow morning?

If we reach it tonight we will take it.

May I ask the Leader of the House when No. 1, the Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, will be taken. Has he anything to add to what he has already said?

I cannot tell the Senator yet.

Is the Order of Business agreed?
