I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to extend the criminal law of the State to any person who before the Court of Justice of the European Communities swears anything which he knows to be false or does not believe to be true, and to provide for other matters connected with the aforementioned matter.
The purpose of the Bill is set out fully in the Long Title which is on the Order Paper.
