Could we get an indication what the progression of Bills will be tomorrow and Thursday?
Tomorrow it is proposed to take the Report Stage of Capital Gains Tax Bill and it is proposed to order the Criminal Law (Jurisdiction) Bill as well. I do not know whether it will be reached or not.
The Senator cannot say whether we will have the Finance Bill?
I do not know whether we will get it or not. If we do, I suppose we will take it; otherwise we carry on.
There is no question of that. The Dáil will finish with it tomorrow. It is under the guillotine at 10.15 p.m. tomorrow night. It is a question of whether we take it or not.
I do not know if the Minister will be available.
