It is proposed to take No. 1 only. It is agreed that we should have all Stages and that the Minister or whoever is replying should be called to conclude the Second Stage not later than 4.30 p.m. It is suggested that the lunch break be from 12.30 to 2.00, but if the Senators opposite feel that that should be cut in order to provide more time we can make it 12.30 to 1.30 p.m. We can see what progress we are making when we come up to the lunch break.
