I should like to ask the Leader of the House whether it is intended to take item No. 11 today.
It is proposed, subject to the permission of the House, that we sit tomorrow at 10.30 a.m. to take item No. 11.
Could I ask the Leader of the House how long the debate will be? Will it be allowed to a conclusion or will it be limited to any particular time?
That will be a matter for the House to decide. We will certainly start at 10.30 a.m. tomorrow. It will be a matter for the House to determine during the day what progress can be made from then on.
