Can the Senator tell us what progress we can expect with this Bill and whether it will be possible to have this Bill passed through all Stages before the summer recess because of the urgency of the problem and the interest that has been expressed already through the introduction of the Bill by our party in the other House? We are very concerned to know whether it is proposed or intended that this Bill will have passed all Stages before the recess.

That is the intention. I was going to ask the House, because the Bill is so urgent, to agree to have the Second Stage tomorrow.
In regard to a Bill whose Second Reading debate we have been asked to agree to for tomorrow, when can we expect to see the Bill.
