After the Order of Business I propose to move that the Order of the Seanad made last Wednesday fixing the Committee Stage of the Industrial and Provident Societies (Amendment) Bill, 1978, for 15 November be discharged and that Committee Stage be taken today. The proposed Order of Business is Item No. 5, then the Committee Stage of the Industrial and Provident Societies (Amendment) Bill, provided the motion to discharge the order is agreed, followed by Items Nos. 1, 2 and 3 on the Order Paper, Nos. 2 and 3 being debated together.
