It says in the section that the number of ordinary judges of the High Court shall not be more than 14. It says in section 2 that the number of ordinary judges of the High Court shall not be more than 15.

It appears that the Law Reform Commission Act is a statute on its own and that also needs to be amended to cater for this problem. In section 2 it actually states it in fact, so if the Senator likes to wait until we come to section 2 we will clarify that.
