Before we deal with the Order of Business, I wish to inform the Seanad that owing to an oversight in the General Office copies of the Irish Shipping Limited Bill were not circulated to Senators in the usual way. The Bill was circulated to Deputies before the composition of the new Seanad was known and should have been circulated to all Members of the new Seanad when its membership was completed.
