It is proposed to take items Nos. 1 to 7, inclusive. If item No 2 is passed by this House, there may be a message from the Dáil later today, when it would be taken by us. I suggest that we do not break for lunch today so as to get business done as early as possible and finish early this evening if possible but this is a matter for the House. If there is agreement, I propose that we do not break for lunch.
