Some Members are anxious to know if we will be adjourning for lunch.
This depends on the number of speakers. I understand that Committee Stage was close to a conclusion last night but the Opposition party thought there was sufficient business to carry it over to today. If the debate is still waxing strongly when we come to 1 o'clock we should adjourn.
I should like to raise a question on the Adjournment relating to the delay in the payment of cheques——
