We have spent more time than I or anyone would have anticipated on the setting up of these committees. I do not begrudge that time, it was well worth having the discussion but it does lead us into difficulty in regard to the remaining business. I am anxious that the House should not sit unduly late tomorrow and that we should avoid that by sitting slightly later this evening. I would suggest that, in order to get on as far as possible with the Second Stage of the Bill, that the House should sit now until 6 o'clock adjourn from 6 o'clock to 7 o'clock and then sit to finish Second Stage but not later than 10 o'clock.
