It is proposed, as ordered earlier, that we should resume the discussion of item No. 1 — the motion on Developments in the EEC. The Minister for Foreign Affairs is still engaged at an important meeting and the Minister for Justice has kindly agreed to remain for a short period to listen to the debate.
