It is proposed to order Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4. In regard to No. 1, since the printing and circulation of this Bill is not being opposed the matter will be purely formal. In regard to No. 2, it is proposed that the debate the suspended at 5.30 p.m., if not concluded by then. Following a break of one hour it is proposed to take up No. 3 at 6.30 p.m.
Order of Business.
Is it intended to come back to No. 2 if No. 3 is concluded reasonably rapidly?
If No. 3 is concluded before 8 p.m. it is proposed to revert to No. 2. If No. 3 is not concluded by 8 p.m. it is a matter for the House what it wishes to do. My suggestion is that we should sit late if necessary to concluded No. 3, but in any case should not prolong the debate beyond 10 p.m.
