I move:
That the Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, dated 23 May 1986, be laid before the Seanad and that the report be printed.
The purpose of this motion is to seek the necessary authority of the Seanad to lay before the House and to print a report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges in relation to the repairs of the Seanad Chamber. This report was agreed by the committee at their meeting yesterday. A formal motion seeking the adoption of the report will be debated in the House at a later stage. All that is required now is that leave be given to print and to lay the report before the House.
