Earlier this evening I indicated there was some doubt in regard to the business for the remainder of the evening. I am now in a position to announce that at the conclusion of the Second Stage of the Companies Bill we will proceed to the Second Stage of the Air Pollution Bill and that the Garda Síochána (Complaints) Bill will not be taken today but may be part of the Order of Business tomorrow.
