It is proposed to take items Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Item No. 1 is the resumption of the debate on the Second Stage of the Control of Clinical Trials Bill, 1986. Items Nos. 2 and 3 are debates on reports of Joint Committees of Houses of the Oireachtas. It is proposed to suspend the sitting from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and at 2 p.m. to commence No.2 if it has not already been reached due to the completion of No. 1 before 1 p.m. It is not intended to take up No. 3 if No. 2 is not completed before 4 p.m.
