As there has been disruption in the Order of Business we do not have documentation or spokespeople here to deal with this Bill. Could the House give at least five or ten minutes to get matters in order? This has been thrust upon us without any agreement or discussion about times. I understand there was a discussion with the Whips but this is not what they agreed to. There has been an instant changing of the Order of Business.
