I propose that notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders — (i) the House on its rising tonight at 8 p.m. or earlier if the business ordered is concluded shall meet again next Monday, 7 December 1987 at 10.30 a.m.; that, (ii), the debate on the Second Stage of the Extradition (Amendment) Bill, 1987 shall be brought to a conclusion, if not previously concluded, at 12.30 p.m. on Monday, 7 December, 1987 by the putting of the necessary question by the Chair.
