It is intended that we take Items Nos. 1 and 2 today. In regard to Item No. 1, it is proposed that, notwithstanding Standing Order 86, the consideration of an amendment or a section may be postponed at any time during Committee Stage.
Order of Business.
I would ask my colleagues in the House to join with me in paying a compliment to the people who keep the grounds in front of this House. It is a credit to them and it is a pleasure to walk in and enjoy the very high standard of maintenance of the grounds. We all enjoy that pleasure. I do not think we have ever complimented the people who do such a fine job and I would like to record in the House our appreciation.
