Vol. 127 No. 12

Death of Former Members. - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Bill, 1990: Committee and Final Stages.

Sections 1 to 4, inclusive, agreed to.
SCHEDULE.
Question proposed: "That the Schedule be the Schedule to the Bill."

Because of the particular arrangement of the Bill, the sections plus the Schedule, which has 63 Articles and which is effectively the meat of what we are talking about, and two Annexes, do we go through the Schedule, or do we have any priority in terms of what is in it in any case? Is it just there for our information effectively?

The Schedule is not for changing.

Question put and agreed to.
Title agreed to.
Bill reported without amendment, received for final consideration and passed.

What is proposed to be taken now?

As indicated by the Leader of the House this morning on the Order of Business, the time is insufficient for the Appropriation Bill and we propose to adjourn until 6.30 p.m.

Sitting suspended at 5.15 p.m. and resumed at 6.30 p.m.
