The business for today is Second Stage of the Finance Bill, 1991. It is proposed that we discuss it until 4 o'clock. We will have a sos from 1.30 p.m. to 2 p.m. For the benefit of Senators it is proposed to continue Second Stage at 12 noon on Tuesday to conclude not later than 1.30 p.m. on Tuesday and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. to conclude the remaining Stages of the Bill.
