Death of Former Member. - An Bille um an Dóú Leasú Deag ar an mBunreacht, 1992: An Dara Céim (atógáil). Twelfth Amendment of the Constitution Bill, 1992: Second Stage (resumed).

As the House is already aware, the taking of the divisions called for today was postponed until 6.30 p.m. in accordance with the Order of Business that as agreed this morning. At the conclusion of the Second Stage debate on the Twelfth Amendment of the Constitution Bill, 1992, a division was challenged on amendment No. 1 in the name of Senator Manning. The House will now follow its normal procedure when a vote has been called and the bells will now be rung as usual for four minutes.
