Vol. 136 No. 14

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Neville that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Department of Enterprise and Employment to include in its regulation on health and safety in the Army, the regulation agreed between PDFORRA and the Health and Safety Authority in place of the wording included by the Minister which is totally unacceptable to Army representatives.

I also received notice from Senator O'Toole of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to ensure that the vice-principal of St. Malachy's boys' school in Dundalk receives the appropriate principal's allowance for the periods of acting principalship during the principal's absence on duties for the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Neville and O'Toole as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
