I welcome the Minister to the House. Government amendments Nos. 1, 2, 12 and 13 do not arise out of Committee proceedings on the Bill and accordingly are not in order for Report Stage. I will call on the Leader to move a motion of recommital in respect of these amendments to allow a Committee style debate to take place. If the motion is agreed to, Members can speak more than once when debating these amendments. I call on the Leader.
