I move:
That Seanad Éireann agrees with the recommendation of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges that, in accordance with the provisions for the address to Seanad Éireann by Distinguished Persons, Mr. James Dooge be invited to address Seanad Éireann on 28 March, 1996; and the proceedings at such address shall consist of a speech by the Cathaoirleach welcoming Mr. Dooge, the address by Mr. Dooge at the conclusion of which he will reply to questions from Members and a speech of thanks by the Leas-Chathaoirleach for the address; and that the time for such address be 2 p.m.
