Before I call on the Leader of the House, I am sure Members of the Seanad would wish to join with me in extending a warm welcome to the Honourable Mr. Gilbert Parent, MP, Speaker of the House of Commons of Canada. We hope that his visit to Ireland will be very enjoyable and successful.
