Senator Fitzgerald and I are glad the Dáil has had the good sense to agree to the amendments made by this House to the Universities Bill, 1996.
I want to amend the Order of Business. Each speaker has 15 minutes on this item and all Stages will be taken this evening. Item 3 was ordered for 11 p.m. but I propose it should be taken immediately after the conclusion of item 2.
