I move:
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 104 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Merchant Shipping (Commissioners of Irish Lights) Bill, 1997, which had reached Second Stage prior to the Seanad General Election August 1997, be restored to the Order Paper.
