I have also received notice from Senator O'Meara of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to establish immediately the Tipperary Rural and Business Development Institute as a company as the failure to do so is hindering the successful completion of the project.

I have also received notice from Senator Seán Ryan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to address the closure of Mary Queen of Ireland national school, Toberburr, St. Margaret's, County Dublin, due to lack of heating and the need for the school to be designated disadvantaged.

I have also received notice from Senator Rory Kiely of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to examine a case involving a charge of dangerous driving which resulted in the death of a person from County Limerick.

Senators Costello, Dan Kiely, O'Meara, Seán Ryan and Rory Kiely may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
