Human Rights Commission Bill, 1999: Referral to Joint Committee.

I move:

That proposals for a Human Rights Commission Bill, copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 22nd February, 1999, be referred to the Joint Committee on Justice, Equality and Women's Rights pursuant to paragraph (2)(a)(v) of that Committee's Orders of Reference."
