Local Elections (Disclosure of Donations and Expenditure) Bill, 1999: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to provide for the disclosure of donations and expenditure in respect of local elections and otherwise to amend the Local Elections Acts, 1974 to 1997, to provide for research using ballot papers into electronic methods of recording and counting of votes at local elections and European Parliament elections held in the year 1999 and to provide for connected matters.
