I propose an amendment to the Order of Business: "That business shall not be interrupted for the taking of item 23 (motion No. 33) until proceedings on all Stages of the Finance Bill shall have been concluded and that the time allowed for item 23 (motion No. 33) shall not be reduced by reason thereof.
