I have notice from Senator Tom Hayes that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture and Food to explain the reason for the delay in deciding the future of Tipperary racecourse.
I regret that I have had to rule Senator Hayes's matter out of order as the Minister for Agriculture and Food has no responsibility in this matter, which is one for the Irish Horseracing Authority.
