I propose a change in the Order of Business due to the circumstances that arose today. Notwithstanding today's Order of Business and following receipt from the Dáil of the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill, 1999, it is hoped that Report and Final Stages of the Bill will be taken at 8 p.m.; statements on the current nursing situation will be taken from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Senators' contributions will not exceed seven minutes; and, if not previously concluded, the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill, 1999, will be resumed thereafter.
