A message has been received from the President stating that the Supreme Court has decided that the Illegal Immigrants (Trafficking) Bill, 1999, is not repugnant to the Constitution and that, accordingly, she has signed the Bill. A message has also been received from the President that the Supreme Court has decided that the Planning and Development Bill, 1999, is not repugnant to the Constitution and that, accordingly, she has signed the Bill.
