I move:
That the proposals that the Seanad Éireann approve the following Regulations in draft:
Protection of Young Persons (Employment) Act, 1996 (Employment in Licensed Premises) Regulations, 2001,
and
Protection of Young Persons (Employment) Act, 1996 (Bar Apprentices) Regulations, 2001,
copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 26 June 2001, be referred to the Joint Committee on Enterprise and Small Business, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which shall, not later than 5 July 2001, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
