I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following regulations in draft:–
Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Prescribed Bodies) (No. 4) Regulations, 2001,
copies of which were laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 10th July, 2001, be referred to the Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 18 October, 2001, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
