I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the draft order entitled:
Electricity Regulation Act, 1999 (Eligible Customer) Order, 2001,
copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on the 20th day of June, 2001, be referred to the Joint Committee on Public Enterprise and Transport, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 15 November, 2001, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
