I wish to move an amendment to the Order of Business that the Electoral (Amendment) Bill, 2002, be taken before the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, 2002, and that No. 3a on the Supplementary Order Paper, an earlier signature motion, be taken immediately following the passing of the Electoral (Amendment) Bill, 2002, and before the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, 2002.
